So where to begin… First no my name isn’t Karac Avalron, that is a pen name. I am an older member of Generation X. I am married, have kids, I game, I work out and I have anxiety. I have spent over 30 years as a finance professional. Working on everything from entering Accounts Payable to acquisitions of properties for large corporations. My career has taken me all over the U.S. and, thankfully now as I age I am settled in a consistent 9-5 job.
I am based in the United States, the New England region. I’ve got a serious coffee addiction but I’m working on it. I could lose 20 pounds too but overall, I am in good health. I have a broken family, well my side anyway. I have been married for 20 years and we’re in a good spot. I have a son going to college in 2020 so that journey is beginning soon. You will notice some of my posts have a Nordic/Viking flair. I am a fan of Norse mythology and have been what you would call a “pagan” for all of my life.
For years I have struggled with mild anxiety. I am functional but like so many millions of other people around the world there are times when I get into deep funks because of intrusive thoughts brought on by anxiety. I’ve dealt with it for years and this blog is meant to convey some of my experiences to you.
I read a lot as well and when I find something that might help I will post it for my readers. This isn’t a commercial blog, you’ll notice there aren’t any ads. I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I need to, and I hope that the people that I cross paths with along the way will get a little something out of it that helps their journey.
Thank you for coming by to my blog. I appreciate your participation it gives me more motivation to keep creating posts. When you visit my page, you will see other buttons/links for other content I create. I do have a gaming You Tube that is small, and I also post all of my blog content to Minds.com.
Thanks again,
Your Pagan friend Karac
